Praxis Revenue Intelligence Group is a boutique healthcare advisory firm focused on revenue integrity, practice operations, revenue-cycle performance, and billing-vendor accountability.
Praxis was born from years of witnessing healthcare organizations struggle financially, not due to lack of effort, but because of fragmented systems and a reactive approach. Having spent decades in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, patient access, and compliance, I recognized that most revenue problems stem from deeper operational disconnects—gaps between people, processes, communication, accountability, leadership, and strategy.

Praxis is led by E. Crowell, Founder and Lead Revenue Intelligence Consultant, whose healthcare career spans 40 years, including 26 years in Revenue Cycle Management leadership & Practice Management. Her background includes payer, provider, billing vendor, consulting, medical billing & coding college instruction, auditing, patient access, revenue integrity, and multi-site operations across numerous specialties.
